circular, everted rim, spreading base fitted with ropework, gothic tracery bands, and heraldic roses, centred by a polychrome enamel coat-of-arms, engraved Omar Ramsden me fecit

23cm., 9in. diameter

The coat-of-arms is that of Stevenson, originally of Derbyshire, with a crescent for a second son – and also Stevenson of Boston, Lincolnshire.
