Edo period, circa 1700 

painted with a vase issuing flowers on terracing, below a border of scale-pattern roundels and pendant flowers, the plates similar with borders of flowers, comprising:

-a pair of octagonal dishes,

-three similar smaller,

-and seven plates

the largest, 25.1cm., 9⅞in. wide, 22.3cm., 8¾in. wide and 25.1cm., 9⅞in. diam.
