94% Cabernet Sauvignon, 6% Merlot. The highest percentage of Cabernet since records began in 1962. 39 hl/ha. 100% new oak, which the quality of the wine merits this year. In 2015, a great, classic, cassis nose, with complex spices. Superbly structured. Fantastic, fruity, plummy projection, combined with toast and sweetness.
