清 十八世紀 銅合金鎏金白哈爾王坐像

The fierce six-armed deity is dressed in flowing robes, boots and a broad-rimmed hat, seated astride his lion mount standing on a lotus pedestal.
Pehar is regarded as a local pre-Buddhist spirit brought into service under oath by the Indian guru Padmasambhava in the ninth century, to act in perpetuity as Protector of Tibetan Buddhism.
