This 1950 Argentine film was directed by León Klimovsky. Following the small financial success of the exploitation film She Shoulda Said 'No'! in 1949, another ethical film about the use of marijuana, it was decided to import this Argentine film after it was screened at the 1951 Cannes Film Festival.
