Crichët Pajé is considered Roagna's top wine. Sourced from a small 0.5 hectare vineyard particularly rich in active limestone, the vines are over 60 years old and maintain higher elevation and additional southwest exposure. The wine is held in barrel for approximately ten years prior to bottling, and always produced in extremely limited quantities never ranging far over two thousand bottles.
