In 2016, this soars into a different 'échelon' of Grand Cru class on the nose, magnificently scented and profound. Huge flavour that opens out astonishingly, with truffled expansion. Vanilla, sandalwood, violets and cassis. A real feat of winemaking - this particularly touched me. Serena Sutcliffe, MW
