Really scented nose, with all the breed that this "climat" sometimes lacked. Silky, polished fruit on the palate. Flavours of mint and violets. Great attack and freshness. At 11 years old in magnum, very deep in colour. Extremely spicy and aromatic. Lots of wild cherries - concentrated "griottes". Masses of glycerol on the palate. A touch of that "minty" RSV fruit that one does not see so often now. Rich blackberries and plums on the finish. Coffee tannins at the end. This has almost Bordeaux-like structure.
