Drunk with roast woodcock, a stunning combination. Roses, raspberries and game on the nose. Extraordinary Echézeaux. Wonderfully fresh, pure Pinot Noir, redcurrant and raspberry flavour. Soft and vaguely vanillin. At its melting best. Serena Sutcliffe, MW
