Folio (469 x 294mm.), hand-coloured engraved title-page, 12 hand-coloured engraved plates, nineteenth-century half calf over marbled boards, sprinkled edges, some spotting, small holes at upper margins, extremities rubbed


RARE AT AUCTION. These plates are reprints in smaller form and in reverse (with one exception) of the Flowers of the Months by Furber, Cassteels and Fletcher, 1730. Occasionally butterflies, etc. have been added.
