The Order of St Stanislaus, Grand Cross set of insignia, First Class, Keibel, St Petersburg, circa 1890


Comprising:

(i) Sash badge, 1899-1904, by Keibel, in gold and enamels, struck with maker's initials, 56 standard, 67mm by 62mm, with a length of cream bordered red sash ribbon

(ii) Breast star, circa 1890, by Keibel, in silver, silver-gilt and enamels, with the motto in Latin Praemiando incitat ("rewarding encourages"), struck to pin and back with maker's mark, 84 standard, 95mm by 93mm
