This photograph comes originally from the collection of photographer Philip Hyde (1921-2006), who studied in the 1940s under Ansel Adams, Edward Weston, and Minor White at the California School of Replica Handbags s (now the San Francisco Art Institute). Hyde photographed extensively for The Sierra Club, contributing for more than 40 years to its conservation efforts.
