Black Friday and Cyber Monday are coming up in a few weeks, but Sephora has already started their 2023 sale. The beauty retailer is offering up to 25% off and free gifts (yes, free!) in the warm-up to Black Friday, with products from brands like Benefit, Nars, Huda Beauty, Sephora Collection and many more.

Sephora, one of the largest beauty retailers globally, made a notable comeback in the UK last year after the global retailer acquired FeelUnique. Sephora opened its first brick-and-mortar store in the UK at Westfield London shopping centre in White City last year, while a second store is set to open at Westfield Stratford City on 15th November, 2023.

For those of us who don’t live in London, the Sephora website is a treasure trove of beauty products. It has everything you need, including makeup, skincare, haircare, fragrance and body. As well as their own range, it houses the best beauty brands on the market including celebrity labels like FENTY BEAUTY by Rihanna and Rare Beauty by Selena Gomez.

What is Black Friday?

Black Friday is an annual shopping event which takes place on the last Friday in November, which is also the Friday after Thanksgiving and roughly a month before Christmas. Many brands across many categories such as fashion, tech, beauty and home slash their prices for one day only.

As Black Friday has grown in popularity, many of the sales now last all weekend. Cyber Monday takes place the following Monday, and is when all the sales are held exclusively online. Following Cyber weekend, prices usually go back down so it’s seen as a great time to land some bargains for your loved ones.

When is Black Friday Cyber Monday sale?

Black Friday falls on the last Friday of November, which is November 24th in 2023. The Cyber Monday sale will then take place the following Monday, on November 27th. Brands often continue their discounts throughout the weekend too.

How big are the discounts for the Sephora Black Friday Cyber Monday sale?

As mentioned, Sephora is already offering up to 25% off brands like Sephora Collection, Anastasia Beverley Hills, bareMinerals, Clinique, Gucci Beauty and so many more. Black Friday is still a few days away and we’re expecting Sephora to offer bigger and better discounts as we edge closer to the big day. We can’t say for certain what discounts you can expect, but we can take a look at previous years for a hint of what’s to come. Last year, the beauty brand offered up to 50% off on selected items for Black Friday, so we’re expecting similar discounts for 2023.
