If you’d given up on Topshop after it was taken over by ASOS in recent years, I’m certain you’re missing a trick.

Back in their hey-day, Topshop was the high-street brand to be seen wearing. That Oxford Street store was the thing of dreams, and I spent far too much time in there than I care to admit.

But since ASOS took the brand over after Phillip Green’s Arcadia business crumbled, many have forgotten all about it.

I’m here to tell you to give it a chance. There’s still plenty I used to love about the brand apparent in their updated designs, particularly when it comes to the dresses.

What I always loved about the brand was that I could always find something I loved, and little has changed. The flattering cuts and fun prints are still there, so I hope you’ll give them another chance.

I know the cold season is here, and you probably just want to keep warm in jeans but dresses can also keep you cosy, I swear. All you need to think about is layering and decent boots.
