Does Sezane Have Sales?

If you’re a fan of Sezane (and let’s face it, who isn’t?), you’re probably wondering why you’ve never seen the French label holding an end-of-season sale. The label has so many timeless pieces, like their incredible selection of knitwear, denim, tailoring and even shoes, and the quality is second to none. I’d love to buy everything from Sezane, but with incredible quality comes higher prices, and I just can’t justify spending hundreds on clothes all the time especially when times are tough. While you might not see them holding sales for Black Friday, it doesn’t mean you can’t ever get a discount at Sezane. Some brands like ASOS hold constant sales and even online sample sales, but Sezane does something different. If you’ve never heard of their Archive sale, you’re in for such a treat.

Sezane doesn’t hold traditional end-of-season sales like most brands, so you won’t find Boxing Day or Black Friday discounts on their website or in-stores, but it’s not all doom and gloom. Instead of seasonal discounts, Sezane offers a twice yearly Archive sale, when you can shop discounted pieces from past seasons. This is your one and only opportunity to get money off Sezane, unless you shop pre-loved pieces from the brand on sites like Vinted, eBay or Vestiaire Collective.

Sezane explains the reason for this on their website. “Our ambition has always been to offer the loveliest items of the highest quality at the fairest possible prices,” they say. “Our model without intermediaries and distributors means that we can set the best possible prices. Our fair pricing is only possible if we maintain this approach all year round.

“That’s why we don’t do promotions or sales, but we do offer twice-yearly Archives: a selection of pieces from previous years or pieces that have come back to us late, offered at low prices so as not to waste anything.

“Be careful, numerous ads using our visuals are circulating on social networks, offering Sézane and October pieces at very attractive prices. The only website where you can discover our collections in sezane.com and October-editions.com“.

What is Sezane Archive?

Sezane Archive is where you’ll find discounted pieces from past seasons at what Sezane calls ‘gentler prices’. The Archive sale is held twice yearly, but if you look at other times, you can still find some sale pieces available. The Archive is organised by product type and size, and it’s easy to navigate. If you look now, you’ll find some amazing shoes, coats, knits and much more. Sezane doesn’t hugely publicise their Archive stock, but it’s a great secret amongst die hard fans of the brand.

Does Sezane ever restock?

Absolutely! Sezane restocks every Wednesday and Sunday at roughly 9.30am. The brand updates its website with recent returns and items that have been restocked, as well as the new product launches.
